KAIZEN is a family-oriented martial arts and fitness facility in Norwell, Massachusetts, founded by three families who share a common vision. It combines a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai academy under black belt Professor Bruno Jacaré Dias (B9 Barbosa Jiu-Jitsu affiliation) with a yoga, barre, and fitness studio, housed in a 10,000-square-foot facility with four distinct training areas. The instructor roster includes two-time Invicta FC world champion Herica and several active and former law-enforcement officers who lead a dedicated police jiu-jitsu program. KAIZEN offers classes for all ages and skill levels, with specialized programs for kids, homeschooled children, and families training together.
