Left Hook Boxing Club is a boxing gym in Shadwell, East London, founded in 1992 by former professional boxer Enzo Giordano and still run by a small team of coaches. It caters for complete beginners through its Boxing for All classes, which welcome first-timers, returning boxers and people training for fitness, with no experience needed. A separate competitive group covers sparring, fight preparation and amateur competition for more experienced boxers. Children aged six to twelve have their own structured sessions, which start non-contact, and one-to-one personal training is available by appointment. The gym lends gloves and wraps to people starting out, sells flexible fixed-length passes rather than long contracts, and has featured in London boxing gym roundups from Time Out and GQ.
