Metro-Flex to całodobowa siłownia w stylu hardcore we Wrocławiu, działająca bez umowy, z własną oddzielną halą bokserską z ringiem. Obok sprzętu do siłowni klub prowadzi grupowe zajęcia boksu, w tym otwarte i tylko dla kobiet, oraz lekcje indywidualne. Kadrę tworzą m.in. mistrzyni świata WAKO w kickboxingu oraz licencjonowany trener boksu, którego zawodnicy startują w turniejach i zdobywają medale. Klub oferuje też treningi personalne, klimatyzację, monitorowany parking przy wejściu i możliwość rezerwacji sali bokserskiej na własny trening. Karnety Multisport, Medicover Sport i Vanity Style są akceptowane. Wejście na obiekt odbywa się przez aplikację mobilną, bez fizycznych kart członkowskich.
