Nemesis Academy is a community-focused combat sports gym in Bexleyheath, founded in 1996. Muay Thai is its main focus, alongside boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi formats. It caters for adults, teenagers and children from the age of five, with beginners welcome as well as ABA boxing and fighter-class training for those who compete. The site is laid out in distinct spaces: a striking room with bags, pads and a ring, a separate grappling area, a strength and conditioning barn and an outdoor yard for circuits and team sessions. Regular sparring sessions run for juniors and adults, and personal training is available in person or online.
