New Millennium Martial Arts & Conditioning is a multi-discipline facility in Mebane, NC offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), Judo, Wrestling, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Karate. Its adult BJJ program is led by Rubens Rodrigues (Rubao Carioca), a Rio de Janeiro-born black belt who trained under Joe Moreira and founded his original academy in Mebane in 2005. That academy has since merged into New Millennium at the same location. The gym also features a fitness center, sauna, and pool, and runs kids' programs (ages 5–17) in striking and grappling disciplines.
