Nokido Jujitsu Judo & BJJ in North Port blends traditional Ju-Jitsu, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Nokido style, which traces its lineage to a shrine in Tsuyama, Japan. Founded by Hanshi Andrew Gruenwald and continued by Shihan Earl DelValle, the Nokido system combines Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Aikido and Shito Ryu Karate. Sensei Chris Ritchie has independently operated this dojo since 2012. The gym welcomes all ages from 4 years old, with family-oriented classes including a homeschool program (Step Up For Students scholarship eligible) and ladies-only sessions. IBJJF-registered and certified by USJJF, USJA, Jujitsu America, and Wolf Pack BJJ.
