Project BJJ is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy based in the Epping Forest Wellness Centre in Loughton, opened in 2024. It is part of a small group of Project BJJ sites across London and follows the ZR Team lineage under Alain Pozo, who visits several times a year to grade students and run seminars. The club teaches both gi and no-gi to adults, teens and children, with a kids' programme known as Rolling Tigers, parent and child sessions and family memberships. Beginners and fundamentals classes sit alongside an advanced and sparring session, and the club has a competition track, taking juniors to regional kids' leagues. Discounts are available for emergency services, armed forces, NHS staff and teachers.
