Proving Grounds Jiu Jitsu is Macomb County's premier martial arts academy housed in a 6,000 sq ft facility. It specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and wrestling, with dedicated coaching staff including IBJJF-ranked competitors. The gym serves adults and children with competition-caliber training and offers specialized programs for law enforcement. Known as home to Michigan's first Black Belt World Champion, it maintains high standards in both no-gi and gi training.
