Relentless Judo is a community judo club in Blackfen, Sidcup, founded in 2020 by Darren Hawney, a former Great Britain competitor with decades of experience in the sport. The club teaches judo from the age of four through to adult beginners, junior development and invitation-only competitive squads, with randori sessions for more experienced players. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, affiliated with Checkmat, was added in early 2025 with separate kids, beginner and all-levels classes. The club describes itself as not-for-profit, with every participant becoming a member, and it also puts together bespoke programmes for schools, special needs students and adults. New students can try a free taster session before committing.
