RGA Bedford is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Bedfordshire, part of the globally respected Roger Gracie Academy lineage founded by 10-time BJJ World Champion Roger Gracie. The gym offers classes for adults and juniors aged 3-17, covering gi BJJ, no-gi submission grappling, fundamentals, wrestling and judo.
