A boutique boxing gym based in a basement right beside Euston station, founded in 2010 by professional boxer Ben Day. The gym offers boxing-based fitness for all ages and abilities, with mixed and ladies-only classes aimed at beginners and no full contact. A separate sparring class gives more experienced boxers controlled, supervised rounds in full protective equipment. One-to-one personal training and pad work are available, and the gym runs seasonal white-collar boxing shows where newcomers train towards a fight night and compete for the gym's own title belt. Classes are drop-in with no membership required, and the building has a ring, bags, free weights, changing rooms and showers.
