Sabr Grappling is a grappling academy in the Canary Wharf area of east London, built around the motto "Patience. Power. Dominance." Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the core of the programme, with fundamentals and advanced classes, a competition class and open mat sessions led by head coach Mahdi, an ADCC tournament veteran. Muay Thai and striking sessions are taught by Kash, a professional fighter. Men's and women's sessions are run separately, and there are groups for kids and teens as well. Classes are described as beginner-friendly with no experience needed, and a free trial session is available for newcomers. Membership is billed monthly without long-term contracts, and competition support is available for members who want to compete. The academy is a short walk from South Quay DLR and Canary Wharf station.
