SESI Jiu-Jitsu is a community-focused jiu-jitsu programme run by SESI (Serviço Social da Indústria), a Brazilian industry-funded social-services organization, based at its Vida Saudável unit in Macapá's Trem neighborhood. Open to the general public through enrollment—not limited to industry-affiliated members—the academy serves ages from children to adults 50+. Led by head instructor Jean Alves Pereira Almeida, the programme emphasizes both recreational training and competitive development, with students participating in the annual Copa SESI de Jiu-Jitsu tournament and earning medals at regional competitions.
