Shepparton Jiu-Jitsu & MMA is a welcoming, beginner-friendly academy in central Shepparton, built around the idea of training for everyday people with no ego and no pressure. The programme covers Brazilian jiu-jitsu and grappling, wrestling, and MMA and striking, with open mats for live rounds. Kids and juniors have their own grappling groups, and there are women's sessions and a mums and bubs class. Beyond the mats, the gym offers strength and conditioning coaching with performance testing, plus sauna and ice bath recovery. Newcomers can watch a class first, and no experience or uniform is needed to start. It is an IBJJF-registered academy and holds a strong Google review rating from its members.
