Sleeper Jiu Jitsu is a family-friendly Brazilian jiu-jitsu school in Lynnwood, Washington, led by Cindy "Sleeper" Hales, a 4th degree black belt, multiple-time IBJJF Master World Champion and one of the first women outside Brazil to earn a BJJ black belt. The school opened its Lynnwood mat space in late 2019 and teaches both gi and no-gi to adults and kids, including a dedicated program for the youngest children. Structured classes of warm-up, technique, drilling and live rounds are backed by open mats, a kids team with stripe promotions, and an adult and kids competition team. A free weekly open mat welcomes visitors from other teams. It serves the north Seattle area.
