Family-oriented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Las Vegas with two locations (Summerlin and Henderson). Founded in 2021 by Robert Lagasca, a black belt under Master Ricardo Cavalcanti, the academy has rebranded as Team Octopus and earned a "Best of 2026 Award Winner" designation. Programmes include adult BJJ, kids martial arts, wrestling, Muay Thai, women's training, and a dedicated Veterans & First Responders program co-led by a 22-year Army veteran and an active LVMPD officer. The competition team is led by an IBJJF and Jiu-Jitsu World League champion. No-ego, beginner-friendly environment.
