Touch Gloves Boxing is a community boxing gym based in Ilford, East London, run by its founder, a coach licensed by the British Boxing Board of Control. The club teaches boxing to children, juniors, men and women, with adult sessions pitched at building solid foundations. Alongside group classes it offers private and group sessions focused on technique, ring craft, fitness and injury prevention. The coaching team trains amateur and professional boxers as well as people who simply want to get fit and gain confidence. The club was named a Community Impact Award winner at the Muslim Boxing Awards 2025.
