Training Grounds is a multi-disciplinary martial arts facility in St Leonards offering BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling and MMA. Emphasizing a play-based, ecological approach rather than rigid drilling, the academy uses the Athletic Skills Model and Constraint-Led Approach. The dedicated Kids Academy welcomes ages three and up, while women-only BJJ classes and a monthly women's self-defence workshop ("First Move") provide inclusive pathways for all levels. With 13 named coaches across disciplines, the gym fosters a supportive community environment.
