ZenCosmic is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in West Houston's Royal Oaks neighborhood, serving all age groups from Tiny Tots (3-5) through adults. The academy offers gi-based training across multiple levels from fundamentals to advanced sparring, and hosts a members-only open mat on Saturdays. Led by black belts Danny Kou and Tom Lam alongside experienced brown belt instructors, it provides structured progression for young grapplers and adults alike.
