Bozdag Taekwondo is a long-established Olympic-style taekwondo club in Hackney, East London, founded by 6th Dan Seyit Riza Bozdag. It teaches students from the age of five through to adults, with classes organised by age band and kup grade, from the Little Tigers group for the youngest children to intermediate and advanced programmes. Elite poomsae and elite sparring squads cater for competitors, while weekday sessions combine pad work, technical sparring and grading practice. A Parents Taekwondo format lets adults and children train together, and the club has been profiled by British Taekwondo for its family focus. Newcomers can book free trial classes online, and no previous experience is needed.
