FighterFit is a beginner-friendly, zero-ego boxing gym in a basement studio just off Hoxton Square in Shoreditch, east London. It has been coaching boxing in the area for around two decades. Newcomers start with a booked taster, while experienced boxers can try the gym through a short pass. The weekly programme mixes technique and bag work, partner drills, boxer-specific conditioning circuits, shadow boxing inspired by boxing's greats, and supervised sparring for intermediate and advanced boxers. Coach-led progression lets everyone train at their own pace. Head coach and co-founder Francesco leads the team, and the gym also hosts its own live Fight Night shows with a fight camp for white collar boxers. Members book classes through the gym's app.
