Cohab City is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy founded by Master Paulo Alves, a 4th degree black belt with a distinguished 24-year career and multiple national and international titles in both BJJ and MMA. The gym offers Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes in gi and no-gi formats for children and adults, with separate age groups for kids (4-7 years and 8-13 years). A free trial and gym tour are available for newcomers. Classes are taught in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, creating an inclusive multilingual learning environment.
