Jiu Livre combines Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Luta Livre on New York's 5th Avenue — billed as the first gym in NYC offering both arts. Head coach Jarbem Pacheco is a double black belt (BJJ under Paulo Miyao, Luta Livre under Nicolas Renier) and UFC cornerman. Programs cater to all ages and experience levels, including dedicated women's instruction.
