Elemental Muay Thai

Elemental Muay Thai is a youth-only Muay Thai programme for boys, run in partnership with the charity Apex Trust and hosted at a secondary school in Ilford, east London. Training is split into three levels: a beginner-friendly Foundation class, an Intermediate class for skill development and a Fighters class for advanced training. Sessions focus on pad and bag work, cardio circuits, strength and conditioning, and self-defence techniques. Both coaches are DBS checked and trained in first aid and safeguarding, which gives parents added reassurance. One-to-one and additional sessions are also available for those wanting extra attention. Parents or guardians complete a registration form with medical disclosure before a boy joins, and a free taster session can be booked.
