Grand Union Jiu-Jitsu is a community-focused Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym founded by Cesar Lima, a 4th-degree black belt with direct Gracie lineage. The Brighton branch, established in 2013, welcomes students from age 4 through adulthood. Classes span beginner fundamentals and flow sessions to advanced sparring, offered in both Gi and No-Gi formats. Beyond combat training, Grand Union distinguishes itself through an integrated Wellness & Recovery programme featuring infrared sauna and red light therapy. The gym emphasises authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu values and community building, offering dedicated tracks for kids, teens, and adults.
