Moreno Boxing is a boxing gym in Dalston, east London, founded by amateur boxing champion Carlos Moreno and based in a ground-floor unit at Stamford Works. It teaches boxing only, with adult routes covering technique, boxing fitness and a white collar fight pathway, plus supervised sparring, open gym sessions, a junior programme for ages 8 to 16 and one-to-one personal training. Beginners are welcome with no experience needed, and there is a structured introductory month for newcomers. The gym has a ring, heavy bags, pads and a strength and conditioning area. It also stages its own in-house white collar events, which give members a chance to compete after a training camp. Classes use the club's own TIB and IBXT formats, and booking is done online.
