SBG Shropshire is part of the Straight Blast Gym network, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Wrestling and Thai Boxing to adults and young people from age 8. Head coach Casey Jones, a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Vice President of SBG UK, leads the team. The gym welcomes beginners through its Fundamentals course and progressively develops students towards advanced and competition levels. Training covers both Gi and No-Gi techniques. Drop-in visitors are welcome, and the gym's approach emphasizes technical development across striking and grappling disciplines.
