Team Kru Thai is a Muay Thai club in the Kennington and Vauxhall area of central London, led by a former Thai fighter known to students as Uncle Thai. Classes welcome complete beginners through to advanced fighters, and the sessions mix fitness and cardio work, technique training and sparring. The club trains in the community hall at the Black Prince Hub on Beaufoy Walk, which has changing rooms and showers, and it also runs sessions at a second venue nearby. Newcomers can try a free session and take a free fitness test, and walk-in visits are accepted alongside regular monthly or weekly training. One-to-one coaching is available on request.
