FLO Fitness and Martial Arts is a family-focused gym in Palatine, Illinois, that has been running for about two decades. It teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing and MMA fundamentals to both youth and adults, with classes split into fundamentals, all-levels and advanced groups. The gym is owned by an undefeated pro MMA fighter who is an Illinois Boxing Hall of Fame inductee. The 8,500 square foot facility has an elevated boxing ring, a heavy bag cage, an open-mat area and a full strength and cardio floor. Strength training, HYROX, camps and self-defense seminars round out the offering.
