Kinetic BJJ offers small-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in a calm, friendly, no-ego environment. Head coach Abbie O'Toole is a black belt and multiple IBJJF Open gold medallist, leading gi and no-gi classes for adults from beginners to competition level. The dedicated kids programme teaches minis (4+) and juniors (7+), prioritising fun alongside fundamentals. Located at Finsbury Leisure Centre near Old Street, Angel, Barbican and Farringdon, the gym accepts beginners year-round and offers rolling monthly membership with no long-term contract. A hardship bursary removes financial barriers for families. Sister school Kinetic Zen teaches krav maga.
