The Dojo NYC is a small, independent martial arts academy serving the Bushwick and Ridgewood area of Brooklyn, and describes itself as a small dojo with a lot of soul. Under one roof it teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in gi and no-gi for kids and adults, Muay Thai, Judo and Wrestling, with classes pitched from first-timers to competitors. The academy is part of the Cobrinha BJJ family and is IBJJF-registered. It runs a Muay Thai fight team, competition-focused no-gi training and a pro training track, plus open mats and a Judo randori club. New students can try a class for free.
